Beach shoot with the lovely Kali!
I had the pleasure of working with Kali at Hanlan’s point the day after Kris Josef’s Annual Summer Loft Party.
We had originally planned to shoot at Ashbridges Bay Beach, but as the morning went past us at an alarming rate, we had to re-think our location.
We arrived downtown around 1pm and managed to find a water taxi that was ready and available to take us over to Hanlan’s Point.
Hehe its never enjoyable to walk around with the camera and lighting gear, but conversation helped out with the pain for the 20 minute walk to the beach.
We picked a nice quiet area on the beach and started the setup.
We had been shooting for about 30 minutes and had started shooting some low on the ground content. So naturally, I was on my knees with the camera glued to my eye. Just then, I hear “Excuse Me!”
Now, I should have known better than to look… but you know me… never one to be rude!
So I lower the camera and turn my head to the left (Where the voice came from).
What comes next is quite hard to put into words… about 1.5 feet away from my face was some nude super fat guys junk! GRRR..
He wanted to get a shot with kali on his camera. We both managed to shoo him away. But that did not seem to keep him away for long. about 30 minutes later, he is back asking for a shot. But this time, he is also insisting that she stand naked beside him.
I finally told the guy to leave (as nicely as I could).
Despite the disruptions, we still managed to get some very stunning images from the shoot. We did several sets of images in various swimwear including micro-bikinis. We also managed to get some really hot nudes and sand covered shots. I will post some images here as soon as I get them ready.
